Our Work
-

CLIMATE DATA
We unlock access to climate data so that it is more useful across sectors, to improve public health, disaster preparedness, environmental regulation, climate adaptation, business forecasting, and more.
-

URBAN RESILIENCE
From our future Climate Campus on Governors Island, we’re building tools, training leaders, and testing solutions that make our communities stronger, safer, and more prepared for the effects of climate change.
-

CLIMATE FINANCE
We are working to create the world’s leading hub for information, policy guidance, capacity building, and innovation in developing financing strategies and instruments to significantly scale investment in climate action.
Happy Earth Week!
Thank you for joining us on Governors Island on Saturday, April 18, at our NYCHA Resident Climate Action Celebration, at the Lower Manhattan Cultural Council.
This program supports resident-led climate action and sustainability projects within New York City’s public housing and PACT developments, offering grant funding and technical assistance directly to residents. Save the date for the NYCHA Resident Climate Action Grants Showcase being planned for Climate Week NYC in September 2026.
Get to know the projects of 35 residents across New York City’s five boroughs.
